Bleach is one of the hottest anime around. It follows the life of Ichigo, a 15-year-old high school student with the ability to see ghosts, and a Shinigami (soul reaper) named Rukia. They cross paths one day while Rukia is searching for a Hollow (an evil spirit). Rukia is wounded during the confrontation with the Hollow, and is forced to transfer virtually all of her powers into Ichigo. Thus begin the adventures of Ichigo and Rukia. Together they dispatch of evil Hollows and perform burials on wayward souls, ensuring their entry to the ‘other side’, called Soul Society. As events unfold, the storyline delves deeper into the world of the Shinigami in Soul Society.

Dragonball Z has an extremely loyal fan base. Based on the manga comic, Dragonball, this series is about a young boy named Goku who was found as a baby in the wild and raised by an elderly gentleman named Gohan. The focus of the Dragonball series was collecting the famed "Dragon Balls", seven of them, that were scattered all over the globe. Anyone who could gather all seven together could summon a magical dragon that would grant one wish. Once the wish was granted the Dragon Balls would scatter all over the world again. Young Goku and his friends trained in martial arts and spent their time collecting the Dragon Balls, fighting off evil-doers in the process.

Phillip Fry is a 25-year-old pizza delivery boy whose life is going nowhere. When he accidentally freezes himself on December 31, 1999, he wakes up 1,000 years in the future and has a chance to make a fresh start. His companions include the delivery ship's captain, Leela, a beautiful one-eyed female alien who kicks some serious butt, and Bender, a robot with very human flaws.
