Order Information:
A. Ripple Junction is a wholesale company, but if you’re looking to purchase a single shirt click here to see a list of retailers that stock our line. They’ll be happy to help you out!
A. If you’d like to set up a wholesale account, contact a Ripple Junction account representative at 800-374-7753, or fill out our online account set-up form here and a sales rep will get back to you within 24 hours.
A. Once you’ve set up your account, orders can be placed online here. Call an RJ sales representative for a username and password, or click here for the online form. You can also order by phone at 800-374-7753, or by fax at 513-559-3903.
A. Payment terms are Credit Card (AMX, Visa, MC), COD Money Order, COD Company Check*, and Net 30*. COD Company Check and Net 30 terms are subject to credit approval. Please contact our accounting dept at 800-374-7753 for a credit application, or download one here.
A. Orders for in stock merchandise that are received before 12pm EST are generally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. If you need an order rushed, or to arrive on a specific date please note your order, and contact customer service for lead times.

A. We sure do! If you have an established account, and access to our online site you can browse our closeout section here. Tees are updated on a weekly basis, so check back often! If you don’t have an account, see “how to set up a wholesale account”.
A. Our preferred freight carrier is Fedex, but we can also offer UPS shipping if that’s what you prefer.
A. Orders from our stock line are fulfilled at our

. Special orders and orders for 144 units or more of a single design are generally drop shipped directly from one of our printing facilities. Contact your Ripple Junction sales rep for information on shipping lead times.
A. Yes we do, however the majority of our licensed products are not available for distribution outside of the
U.S.

Return and Credit Information:
A. If an item was missing from your shipment, then it was most likely backordered. If your backordered amount was under $75, our system automatically cancels the remaining styles off of the order. If the balance is over $75 dollars, the items will ship as soon as they become available. Please contact customerservice@ripplejunction.com, or call 800-374-7753 to follow up on the status of your backorder.
A. Please contact customer service at 800-374-7753, or by email at customerserivce@ripplejunction.com to report a shortage or invoicing error. Credits are processed 3-5 business days. All credits are issued in the same manner as the payment received.If you paid by credit card we will credit your card immediately and apply the credit to open invoices. If you paid by money order or check, your credit will be applied to any open invoices. If the credit cannot be applied to any open invoices, we will issue a refund check after 90 days.
A. Damaged shirt? No worries, we’ve got you covered! Click here to download our return authorization form.
A. If you’d like a return authorization to return an order, or damaged goods please download our return form here, fill it out, then contact a customer service representative via email at customerservice@ripplejunction.com or call 800-374-7753 for a return authorization number. Shipments sent without a Return Authorization cannot be credited.

If you're not COMPLETELY satisfied, please call us at 800-374-7753 and we'll do our best to make things right: Within 7 days of receiving your order, you can call for a full refund - no questions asked. Within 30 days of receiving your order, you can exchange any merchandise in its original condition for full merchandise credit. Note: This only applies to orders shipped from stock to wholesale customers. Sorry, we cannot offer the same return policy to distributors, special orders, or seasonal merchandise.

A. To access the catalogs, and online store you’ll need to be set up with an account. You can contact a Ripple Junction sales rep at 800-374-7753, or fill out our online form here. Please allow 24 hours for a response to the online form. International customers please note; distribution for the majority of our licensed products is restricted to the
United States
only. We have two separate log ins for the website, and our online shopping cart.During check out, you will be asked to create your personal username and password to complete your transaction. Ripple Junction does not have access to your personal username and password once you’ve created it. Click here to recover your username and password for the store.

A. Our inventory is updated on a weekly basis, but stock is not guaranteed. Please call for up to date availability. Sizing will be noted in the drop down menu of each style. If a size is missing, it’s currently out of stock. If you’re planning to fax or email an order and would like to know what’s in stock, contact a Ripple Junction sales rep for an updated inventory.
