Product Availability and Sizing

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Yes, in most cases, we restock items. However, if an item is no longer listed, it may have been discontinued.

I'm unsure about a size. How can I get help?

We understand that finding the perfect fit is crucial. To assist you, we provide sizing charts on our website's product pages. These charts offer measurements taken from garments lying flat, providing guidance on dimensions such as chest, waist, length, and more.

Order Processing

When can I expect my order to ship?

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to the carrier for shipping. During the holiday season, processing time extends to 2-4 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Can I make changes to my order?

We process orders quickly and may be unable to make adjustments once processed. For change requests, please contact us promptly via help@ripplejunction.com.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Ripple Junction ships to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, Ripple Junction ships exclusively within the United States.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Currently, we offer two shipping options: Standard and Express.

Standard Shipping: Typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, packages generally arrive within 4-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Typically shipped via FedEx, packages generally arrive within 3-4 business days.
