Where do you ship order to?
Ripple Junction ships to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
Which payment methods do you accept?
RippleJunction.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also allow payment via PayPal.
Can I make changes to my order?
We process our orders ASAP, so if you have a change to an order that you’ve just recently placed please contact us immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we may need to cancel your order and have you reorder, since your order may have already processed. Either way, we’re happy to help!
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email for my order?
First – check your spam folder and be sure to add @RippleJunction.com to your safe senders list. There may be a chance that your order did not go through, though. In this case, please contact us via email@example.com and we’ll check on the status of your order
Why won’t the RippleJunction.com checkout accept my address?
Please double check your address for accuracy – you may need to contact your bank for your exact billing address if our system is rejecting it. Our checkout is secure for your safety, so items like correct zip codes and proper spelling of street names will affect the ability to process your order. If you’ve confirmed that your info is correct and you are still receiving an error, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
Why was my order cancelled?
We will contact you immediately if your order is canceled for any reason. In rare cases, we need to cancel orders due to out-of-stock items in our warehouse. Our customer service team will contact you ASAP if this is the case and offer information on when you item will be in stock. If you had other items on your order, those will be shipped to you as usual.
What if an item I ordered is not available?
The vast majority of items on our website are in stock and ready to ship. In the rare case that we do sell out of any product that you have ordered, our customer support staff will be in contact with you ASAP. An unavailable item will not affect the rest of your order’s delivery.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
In most cases we do restock items that are sold out but still listed on our website. If you are curious about the availability of an item that is not listed on our website, please contact us via email@example.com.
