Shipping Destinations

Ripple Junction ships to all 50 states within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

APO/FPO Addresses

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may experience an additional transit time of 3-4 weeks, depending on customs and the destination.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Orders placed with our standard shipping option are typically shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Packages shipped via our standard shipping option generally arrive within 4-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Orders with expedited shipping are typically shipped using FedEx. Packages shipped via our expedited express shipping option generally arrive within 3-4 business days

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be sourced from multiple distribution centers to ensure prompt delivery, depending on the availability of inventory and your location. Rest assured; you will not incur any extra fees for split shipments. Whether your order arrives in one package or multiple packages, the shipping cost remains the same.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Once the carrier picks up the package from our distribution facility at the close of business, the tracking number will be active. The tracking details are updated accordingly as your package moves through the carrier network.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Despite our best efforts, instances of lost or stolen packages may occur, particularly during transit or upon delivery. Please be aware that once your package has shipped, Ripple Junction assumes limited liability for its safe delivery.
  • To minimize the risk of lost or misdelivered packages, we urge you to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. Please double-check all information, including apartment or unit numbers, to prevent delivery errors.
  • To mitigate the risk of lost or stolen packages in the future, consider opting for signature confirmation upon delivery or requesting that packages be held for pickup at a secure location, such as a carrier's local facility.
