Need to make a return? No problem at all! At Ripple Junction, we've crafted a hassle-free return policy just for you. Returning most merchandise is a breeze within 30 days of the original purchase date. For all the details, dive into our Returns Policy below.

Returns Policy

If you encounter any issues with your order, simply reach out to Ripple Junction within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll swing into action, processing your request promptly. Expect our team to process your return request within 1-2 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted your return. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 7 business days.

Here are some essential points to keep in mind:

  • Return Condition: Ensure that returned merchandise is in the same condition as you received it. We're unable to accept returns of washed or worn merchandise.
  • Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized by Ripple Junction in advance. Don't worry; we've got a simple process outlined below in the "Start Your Return" section of our Return Policy for your convenience.
  • Defective Products: If returning defective products, please describe the defect. Photos of the defect are also extremely helpful. Your feedback helps us improve!
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If your item was a gift and you prefer not to return funds to the original purchase method, we may offer in-store credit equivalent to the original item's purchase price.
  • Holiday Exceptions: During the holiday season, we extend our return window. Items purchased after November 1st can be returned through January 31st. Please also keep in mind that during this time of year, we may need a few extra days to process your return.

Start Your Return

To kickstart your return and breeze through the process, simply send us an email at help@ripplejunction.com. Include the following information, and our customer service team will promptly send you a return form to include with your return shipment:

  • Order number
  • Full name as shown on your order confirmation
  • Telephone number
  • Reason for return
  • Any additional information, including photos if the product was incorrect or defective.

Refund FAQs

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: Expect to receive your refund within 3 - 7 business days after we've received and processed your return.
  • PayPal Purchases: If you made your purchase via PayPal, your refund will return to the same PayPal account used for the purchase. You can then use it for future purchases or transfer it to your bank account.
  • Venmo Purchases: For most instances, refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original online purchase. If your refund is credited to your Venmo account, you'll be able to see it in your Transactions feed under the Me tab.
